Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, but you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions for sending the item back.
Please note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (after approval) and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
